Hi beautiful ladies,

Another powerful week behind us. Here's what happened:

💚 Mentorship Program: Week One Complete

Our mentorship program officially came to life this week. Many mentor-mentee pairs held their first sessions, and the energy has been incredible.

Here's what our mentors are saying:

"Coaching mindset is about believing in someone's potential. We believe the client already has all the resources to find their path. We simply create a safe space, mirror, and ask powerful questions."

"My mentee spoke 80% of the time. Through that space, she arrived at her own insights and formulated the steps she's ready to take. My role was simply to create safety and actively listen."

This is what transformation looks like: not giving answers, but creating conditions for people to find their own.

Huge thanks to Ani Kudrina for designing and organizing the program, Daria Dubovskaia for her work with mentees, and Alina Zelenskaya for coordinating our incredible mentors.

🤝 Networking Session

This week's networking session, fully organized by Daria Dubovskaia, gave us something we often lack: time. Time not just to hear each other's pitches, but to talk afterward, give real feedback, and suggest what to add. This is how we sharpen each other.

🗣 English Speaking Club: Session 7

This week's topic: American food culture: eating habits and everyday food choices. A big thank you to Iuliia Dubrovskaia and Anastasiia Duieva for continuing to create this space where we practice, stumble, and grow together.

🚀 LinkedIn Challenge: Two Cohorts Running

Two waves of our LinkedIn Challenge are now in motion, led by Kseniia Litovskaia.

And the results are already showing:

"I recently applied for a position that was a 100% match for me. Then I added people from that company. I was thinking whether to message them or not... While I was still thinking, they already invited me to an interview))"

We're learning not just consistent posting, but intentional network building: understanding how LinkedIn works and how to use it strategically for our goals.

🌱 Networking Without Burning Out

On Thursday, Vera Maslova (linkedin.com/in/vera-maslova) joined us for a session on how to build your network without exhausting yourself. She shared how to turn almost any life event into an opportunity for the right people to learn about you, gently and sustainably.

🧠 When Growth Demands More Than Strategy

Our community is alive with activity: networking sessions, speaker events, a mentorship program with 60 mentees and 20 mentors, launching podcasts, thematic clubs. Every week brings new opportunities to grow. But all of this takes energy. Not just time, but psychic energy. The kind that gets drained by invisible forces like imposter syndrome, fear of judgment, the constant question of "am I good enough for this room?" You can have access to the best opportunities in the world, but if something inside is blocking you from showing up fully, they pass you by.

This is where Gennady Bershatsky's group sessions come in. Through 30 years of experience in group psychoanalysis, he helps uncover the unconscious obstacles that silently drain your energy: the blocks you can't see, the resistance you can't name. As one participant shared after the session: "I relaxed, let go of my imposter, and now I just do what I enjoy. I'm no longer wasting tons of energy on confusing worries. And now I'm in the mentorship program, hopefully I'll start writing an article soon.)" When those hidden barriers dissolve, action becomes natural. Confidence stops being something you perform and becomes something you feel.

🎁 First session for community members: $60 (regular price $100)
