FOUNDER
“Your experience comes with you. Keep growing from there.”
Azhar brings together experience in program leadership, strategic partnerships, growth marketing and analytics, with a master’s degree in IT. Building a life and career in the U.S. deepened her belief that moving countries doesn’t erase what you already know or who you are. She co-founded New to America Pro with Maria to connect ambitious women through shared learning and practical action. Naturally curious, she loves exploring new ideas, making meaningful introductions and turning conversations into real opportunities. For Azhar, community means helping each other move forward, not simply gathering in the same space.

CO-FOUNDER
"You are the story others tell about you."
Maria is a positioning strategist with 8+ years in product marketing across B2B SaaS and EdTech. At Yandex Practicum USA she built the externship stream from scratch and shaped the company's new USP, opening real U.S. work experience to immigrant professionals, and she has lived that path herself, rebuilding a career in a country where nobody could read her background. She listens the way a therapist listens and builds the way a marketer builds: finding the red thread that connects everything you've done and turning it into language your market can actually read.
"This community is truly one of the best I've been a part of. It feels like a family, with the kind of high-quality event and project management I've seen in premium membership communities."
Alina Zelenskaya
"Thank you for the perfectly organized meeting with Greg Johnson. It was incredibly valuable to hear his experience and perspectives. You have created a truly productive and inspiring space for communication and development."
