This week, one of our members messaged me after an event: "I sit through career webinars, take notes, nod along. Then I do nothing. I have enough information to land my dream job. But I feel stuck."
And I thought: how many of us feel exactly the same way? We know what we need to do, but somehow we don't do it.
The problem often isn't a lack of information. It goes deeper. It's the barriers we can't see. The fears we don't even recognize as fears.
That's why I believe so strongly in Gennadii Bershatskii's group sessions. In the last group, one participant suddenly realized that her "procrastination" was actually a fear of success. She was afraid of getting what she wanted, because then she'd have to live up to a new level!
Gennady has 30 years of experience in business psychology. Groups are up to 8 people, online. The first session for community members is $30 instead of $100.

Networking Session: Get Ready to Connect!

How to Prepare:
The Language: The entire session will be conducted in English.
Elevator Pitch: Prepare a 30-60 second introduction answering "Who are you and what brings you here?". Your pitch should include your name, target industry, a tagline of what you do, and a specific result or achievement.
Be Early: Please join the call 5 minutes early.
Technical Check: Ensure your camera is on, your internet is stable, and you have your Calendly link ready to book 15-20 minute coffee chats.

When I look at the list of volunteers above and the messages in our chats, I see more than just a "network." I see a movement.
I know how heavy the "stuck" feeling can be. I know how loud the inner critic gets when you’re in a new country trying to prove yourself all over again. But look around this newsletter, look at the women analyzing data, leading events, and reviewing resumes. We aren't just waiting for doors to open; we are building the hallway together.
Our dream job isn't just about the right resume; it's about the courage to show up even when we feel "stuck." Whether it’s joining a networking call or finally posting on LinkedIn, let’s remember: We don't have to be fearless. We just have to be curious enough to take one small step.
