Hi Beautiful,
This whole letter in two sentences.
–> The market pays for packaging, and most of us walk in with a list of features: title, years, country.
–> You can learn to package yourself the way a product marketer would, inside our community, in a group of eight, starting this Wednesday, at $82 if you join before September 2.
I explain below.
The market
The job that grew while everyone waited for it to disappear
For two years the headline was that AI would eat marketing jobs. Instead the role split in two. The execution half, decks, checklists, first drafts, went to the tools. The judgment half, positioning, deciding who this is for and why now, grew. US employers posted close to 25,000 product marketing manager roles last year.
I read this as a market vote. It pays a premium for packaging what already exists.
The person
Now apply that to a resume
Most of us present ourselves the way a product looks before marketing gets involved. A list of features: title, years, country, degree. All accurate, all interchangeable with the next candidate's list.
What a product marketer would do here is obvious from the outside: find what actually changes when this person shows up, find who needs exactly that, say it in their words. Almost nobody does this for herself, because from the inside the thread running through your own facts is invisible.
The Red Thread
I package people the way I packaged products
My features list: a master's in PR, eight years in product marketing, an EdTech platform localized for the US, an externship program built from scratch, five years of psychology on the side. Accurate. Forgettable.
My packaging: I find the thread running through a person's facts and turn what she knows into how she's known. Same facts, one line. The psychology stops being a side note and becomes the reason I'm good at this.

In the group, with Azhar and me guiding it, you do the same for yourself: unload the whole story, find the thread, and package it with the PMM frame, for whom, which problem, unlike what, why me.
Inside the community
The Red Thread: three parts, three artifacts
This method is now a program inside She's NTAP. Part 1 builds your values and a written Point B. Part 2 gathers the evidence, a bank of facts from your past. Part 3 repackages it into a resume or an offer the market understands. Every part ends with an artifact you keep.
Part 1 starts this Wednesday, September 2. Eight weekly sessions in a group of up to 8 women. The program is open to community members and costs $111 on top of membership.
A gift
