Hi Beautiful,

Who do you call when you have a business idea, need an introduction, or want someone to look at your work and tell you what they see?

For many people, the answer comes from years of shared history: school friends, former colleagues, university networks. After a move, those people are often several time zones away, and the people who know your new market don’t know you yet.

That gap is why we started She’s New To America Pro.

This whole letter in three sentences.

→ Moving countries means rebuilding the relationships that help your career and business grow.
→ SNtAP – is the community where immigrant women can bring their ambitions, share their expertise, and ask for help.
→ This week: Builders Circle, Open Desk, English Speaking Club, The Red Thread, and GTM Minds.

WHY WE STARTED

We wanted people to build with

We started this community as two friends who wanted to meet other women building businesses or careers in corporate America.

We understood the experience of moving. We also wanted to talk about the work: finding clients, getting hired, testing an idea, figuring out how to make something people would pay for.

❝

We wanted a circle that understood both parts of our lives.

SNtAP
WHAT WE BRING

Different expertise. More possibilities for each of us.

Building a business or a career takes knowledge across more areas than any one person can master.

You might know how to build a product but need help interviewing potential customers or finding your first buyers. You might be experienced in your field but need guidance on presenting that experience to a U.S. employer. Or your business might be growing, and now you need to understand the financial and legal questions that come with it.

❝

Each of us brings part of the picture. Together, we can see more of what we need to move forward.

SNtAP
ROOM FOR AMBITION

You can care about your work here

We wanted a place where women could bring the ambitious part of themselves.

The part that wants a promotion. Wants to earn more. Wants to build a business and find out whether the idea works.

And we wanted room for the unfinished version: the application that went nowhere, the offer nobody bought, the question you feel you should already know how to answer.

❝

You can want a lot and still need help getting there.

Everyday recommendations have their place. We built this space so the professional conversation would have a place, too.

HOW IT BECOMES REAL

Bring one thing you’re working on

A community becomes useful through specific conversations.

“This is my offer. Is it clear?”

“I’m applying for this role. Does anyone know the team?”

“I want to interview potential customers. Can you help me find them?”

This week, GTM Minds gives us a room to work through one real challenge together. Builders Circle helps participants keep moving on their projects. Open Desk gives us company while we do the work.

Different formats, with the same idea behind them: we have things to offer each other, and we can make it easier to ask.

It's time to set up your holiday streaming campaign

Are you ready to reach holiday shoppers on CTV? For many streamers, the season is already underway.

Last year, according to Roku internal data, holiday content searches on Roku saw an 86% increase during October. And in November, those searches rise an average of 39% weekly. This surging holiday spirit is mirrored by consumer activity, as about half of Roku streamers shopped Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals in 2025.

Meeting those shoppers is easier than you might think. Begin with the seasonal outcome you hope to drive: awareness, online sales, leads, store visits, or another measurable goal. From there, define your audience, upload your creative, set the budget and campaign dates, and establish measurement before launching. You can even create a shoppable ad unit that lets streamers buy with a click of their remote.

Our holiday playbook offers a month-by-month guide to reaching shoppers during this all-important time of year.

First-time spenders get a $5,000 match on the first $5,000 spent with code BEEHIIV5K. Terms apply.
